Mission: To provide support and assistance to the pastor in the organization and administration of parish operations. To represent the parish in matters concerning diocesan involvement and act as a liaison between the diocese and the parish. Trustees are appointed by the pastor.
Communication
Mission: To offer assistance in office related areas when events or special needs call for extra support.
Bulletin Boards: To maintain timely and informative displays of information regarding parish life, diocesan events, and activities or events sponsored by the community at large.
Telephone: To be available to help with telephone networking for special events.
Publicity: To assist in providing effective communication through local media for special activities that are scheduled throughout the year.
Computer Skills: To offer help with inputting information or assisting with project work.
Xeroxing: To help with large volume copying projects on an as-needed basis.
Office Volunteer: To work as an extra hand for special office projects or to substitute for the regular office staff when needed.
Mailings/ Bulletins: To assist with the inserting of flyers or stuffing of envelopes when needed.
Newsletter
Facilitator: Kelly Hanson
Mission: To be responsible for gathering information and formatting a periodic parish newsletter.
*Artist:To offer artistic skills for project work and, in particular, to help with the layout and artwork associated with the parish newsletter.
*Typist: To be available to help with the typing of the parish newsletter.
