Bereavement

Facilitator: Nancy Curry

Mission: To be present and support families who have suffered a loss of a parent, spouse, sibling, or special friend. To visit the home, to lend assistance in planning the funeral, as well as to respond to particular concerns of the bereaved during their time of need.

Pre-Cana

Facilitator: Larry & Laura Scovell

Mission: To help plan and facilitate a one day retreat for engaged couples to prepare for the Sacrament of Marriage and their life together as a Catholic family.

Engaged Encounter

Facilitator: Dave & Linda DeMartino

Mission: To provide information regarding diocesan programs for marriage preparation.

Marriage Encounter

Facilitator: Kathy & Tom Boehm

Mission: To provide information regarding diocesan programs for married couples.

Resingled Ministry

Facilitator: Liz Lagana & Kathy Madaio

Mission: To provide support through Christian fellowship to those members of the parish who are widowed, separated, or divorced.

Rainbows

Facilitator: Laura Curcione

Mission: To minister to the children of separated or divorced and households which have suffered the loss of a parent. Rainbows offers a place for children to share their feelings and receive support in working through to brighter days ahead.

XYZ Club

Facilitator: Eleanor McLean & Jackie Reich

Mission: To offer our parish seniors an opportunity to celebrate life, prayerfully, socially and through the formation of friendships with others. The XYZ seniors often sponsor special activities and provide hospitality for some of our parish events.

Mom to Mom

Facilitator: Cathy Carney

Mission: To reach out to one another in friendship and fellowship to encourage, support and share the experiences of motherhood together.

Respect Life

Mission: To implement national and diocesan directives which foster the respect for life.

Baptismal Preparation

Facilitator: Mary Beth Stolzenberg

Mission: To help prepare parents for their role as teachers of the faith as they look forward to the baptism of their child.

Health and Wellness

Facilitator: Elena Schiller & Mary Snoddy

Mission: Promotes preventive health care. Assists parishioners in finding resources that will best serve their needs.
