Mission: To make regular visits to area nursing homes, and in particular to "adopt" a special someone in need of a visitor.

Health and Wellness

Facilitator: Elena Schiller & Mary Snoddy

Mission: Promotes preventative health care. Assists parishioners in finding resources that will best serve their needs.

Ministry to the Elderly

Mission: To assist in special needs of the elderly and infim.

Home and Hospital Visitation

Facilitator: Lauraine Finck

Mission: To bring the Eucharist each week to individuals who are home or hospital bound. To visit patients in nursing homes with the gift of Eucharist.
