Congratulations on choosing to have you child baptized at St. Francis de Sales. Our webpage does have the required forms you will need to have your child baptized at St. Francis de Sales. You MUST call our office to schedule attendance at our Baptismal Preparation class before you can schedule a date for the Baptism of your child.  Baptisms are scheduled on Sundays after the 12noon mass.
